Complaints Handling

Dear Customer,

It is our goal to provide our services to you with the highest possible quality standards. Should you nevertheless see reason to make a complaint or suggest recommendations, please do not hesitate to contact us. You can submit your complaint in writing, by e-mail or by telephone to our contact details listed below.

We will confirm receipt of the complaint immediately (within 1 working day). If the complaint is received outside opening hours, confirmation will be sent on the next working day. Ithuba Capital AG endeavours to process any complaints within 10 working days. If it is not possible to finally process your complaint within this period, we will inform you in writing.

If the resolution of the complaint is not successful for you, you have the option of contacting the alternative dispute resolution body.
